Visionbuxx from suspended to maintenance?

For anyone who has tried to load this website I thing he has seen this

Well I am very confused with this site first it shows that it is suspended, and knowing the situation from the forum about the owner having problems in his hometown, I thought that it was the end of it! BUT now it shows that it is under maintenance???? I wonder what will happen with this site?
