Has Mycubie and Elebux turned scam?

Over a week has passed and neither Mycubie nor Elebux have revived from their "construction" mode....hm.....
is this a warning? Cause a lot of people have started to lose hope in this sites. They did pay a lot of members BUT nothing in the end lasts forever. The fact is that they haven't been online for a lot of time and the worst part is that we don't have any updates from them! Cashviews, Cashnhits, Cashtream ( all three have the same owner), Clicksia, and Incentria (same owner with clicksia) were having problems DDOS attacks too but they kept updating their members and now that the problem has been solved their are online and operating again!
Here is how the most trustworthy sites overlap the other. If they can't fix a problem at their site then wouldn't be right thing to inform the members So that they won't waste their time waiting and more importantly for those that have already invested in these to make a dispute and hopefully take their money back!
This is kind of unprofessionnal. I would prefer someone to tell me the truth than to hide it with some pretty words in order to deceive me.
