Well for those who have tried to log in today at those sites have already figured out that there running again!
Matchbux admin sent to members a mail to explain the situation and here is what he said in the e-mail:
"
MatchBux is back online
No payments are being made at this time until we get our site up
and running the way it should be. This needs to be done in order to give our
members the best service out there, until then please use your payment to
places ads to matchbux.
Or wait until we have adjusted our site,
All payment request will be
declined until further notice
We don`t want our site to go down for that length of time ever again, so we are
working on ways to improve matchbox, for us and for our members.

Well I hope that they will resolve the problem and be up for more time ^_^
For Shnaapklicks I still have my doudts but I'll test it and see...it's still too new and since it's paying it's members then it's ok. But I wouldn't recomend to anyone to invest there if they cannot afford to lose their money!
